Computer-based Performance Measurement in SMEs: Is there any option?

چکیده
Performance measurement has been recognised as a crucial element to improve business performance. The aim of this paper is to show that IT is an enabler to create a multidimensional performance measurement system that is based on automated data collection procedures. Several measurement approaches are discussed and evaluated against the needs of SMEs.
